If you’re returning your item(s) to a Store you won’t need a returns label and it’s FREE. It’s also the quickest way to get your refund.
Prefer to return through an EVRi Courier or ParcelShop/Locker?
Simply click here and follow the below steps to download a returns note from EVRi.
1) Enter FatFace as your retailer’s name then select Return a parcel.
2) Enter your Surname, email address and the reason for your return.
3) Tick the Terms & Conditions box and select Continue.
4) Select your preferred returns method and follow the on screen instructions.
You will also receive an email from EVRi with a copy of your returns label.
Please note:
- You will need to attach the returns label to the outside of your parcel
- For returns via an EVRi Courier or Locker, you will need to download and print your label at home
- ParcelShop returns labels can be printed at the shop using the QR code in your email.
