You may return most items in a new and unused condition with tags attached and wherever possible in the original packaging. If you want to return your order you must do so within 28 days from the day the goods were delivered to either (1) your home address; or (2) a store (if you elected for your items to be delivered to store).
Please note this returns period is 14 days longer than the consumer law right of cancellation. This service is available in most stores and is free of charge. Certain items cannot be returned to stores, as detailed in the EXCEPTIONS TO THE RETURNS POLICY section.
