We cannot accept any returns through our Next & FatFace airport stores. We are unable to accept the return of personalise me items through our stores. For hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery items, cosmetics and toiletries cannot be returned if unwrapped or unsealed unless faulty. In addition to this, we are unable to accept returned underwear (unless it is in its original sealed packaging) or earrings (unless faulty). Swimwear is only returnable if unworn and the hygiene strip is in place. Personalised / perishable items cannot be returned (your statutory rights are not affected). Returned items which are not in new or unused condition may not be fully credited to your account unless they are faulty. This does not affect your right to return faulty items.
