We hope you love everything about your new FatFace items, but if they’re not quite right - not to worry.
You can return your unwanted items (full price or Sale) to any FatFace store within
28 days of receipt, unused and in their original condition.
For items purchased from a concession, returns must be made to a concession store.
Please note that items accompanied by a gift receipt entitle the bearer to an exchange or gift card only.
There are a few items that cannot be returned – please find details of these in the Exceptions to the Returns Policy here.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
