Where can I book my personal styling session?
We’re currently trialling ‘Face to Face’, our new personal styling service, in six stores, from Thursday to Sunday. You can find your nearest store by using our store locator.
How do I book my personal styling session?
Simply visit fatface.com/styling or pop into one of our selected stores and a member of our team will be happy to help.
Do I need to pay for my personal styling session?
Not at all - it’s completely free. Just book in, show up and we’ll take care of the rest.
How long is a personal styling session?
Around 45-60 minutes. Plenty of time for a proper chat and to find pieces you’ll really love.
How far in advance can I book my session?
You can book up to two months ahead, so you can plan around holidays, events or a wardrobe refresh.
Can I book a session on the same day?
Our online bookings are available with two weeks’ notice so we can make sure everything’s ready for you.
If you’re after something sooner, just give your local store a call - we’ll always try our best to fit you in if we can.
Will I receive a booking confirmation and reminder?
Yes - you’ll get a confirmation when you book and a friendly reminder closer to the time, so it doesn’t slip your mind.
I can’t make my session anymore - how do I cancel?
No problem at all. You can cancel or reschedule using your booking link or by contacting the store directly.
Do I need to give notice if I can’t attend?
If you can, please let us know as soon as possible. It helps us offer the slot to someone else, and we’ll happily help you find another date that works better.
I forgot about my booking - can I book another session?
There's no need to worry! If you’re unable to make it, please ring your selected store as soon as you can. We'll then be able to offer the slot to someone else, and rebook your session for a time that suits you.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
Just yourself! But if you’ve got a favourite pair of jeans, shoes or a piece you’d love help styling, feel free to bring it along - we can build outfits around what you already own.
Can friends or family join me?
Styling is always more fun with company! We recommend bringing no more than one extra person so everyone has space to relax and enjoy the session.
Will I have private access to the fitting room or styling area?
Your session will take place in a dedicated space within our fitting rooms, and we’ll keep things as private and comfortable as possible. You’ll also have your own changing room to try everything on.
What can I expect from my personal styling session?
Think of it as shopping with a very knowledgeable friend. One of our specially trained stylists will chat through what you’re looking for, help you discover new favourites, pull outfits together and make the whole experience easy, relaxed and fun. No pressure - just great style and good vibes!
I have booked an appointment, but I haven’t received a confirmation email, who do I contact?
We’re sorry this has happened. Please give the store a call and they will be able to help.
