- Created a full FatFace account (Guest checkouts won't count, sorry!)
- Ensure this is your first time creating an account with us.
How will I receive my welcome discount?
Upon registering an account the 15% discount will automatically be loaded to your account.
Why has the discount not automatically applied to my basket?
We're sorry you're running into trouble with your discount! The most common reason is that it can only be applied to full-priced items. Please double-check that your basket doesn't contain any products that already have a promotion applied (like a multibuy discount or a sale item).
