As we prepare to close our stores, we want to make sure you have all the information you need about returns.
How do I return an item purchased from a FatFace store?
All in-store purchases made on or after 12th August will be final Sale. We won’t be able to offer refunds or exchanges for these items.
If you purchased something in-store between 8th August and 12th August we’ll be happy to offer a refund or exchange within:
- 15 days for full-price items
- 15 days for Sale items
If you purchased something in-store before 8th August, we’ll be happy to offer a refund or exchange within:
- 28 days for full-price items
- 15 days for Sale items
If your local store has already closed and you are within your return period, please contact customer services here to process your return and issue a refund.
How do I redeem my FatFace gift voucher?
Your local FatFace store will be permanently closing soon and we would recommend you use your gift voucher in store as soon as possible.
FatFace gift cards will no longer be redeemable once our stores have closed, as they are not valid for online use.
Have a FatFace Gift Card?
