If you have an account you can track your order, just follow the steps below:
- Log in to 'My Account' using your email address or customer number and password.
- Select ‘My Orders’
Here you can view:
- History of all your recent orders
- Up to date parcel statuses
- The delivery destination
(Please note, this information updates at regular intervals) Your order tracking is split into 3 sections.
Expected
- Orders not yet delivered
- Items on delay and their expected delivery date.
Delivered
- In this section, you will see orders that are being delivered to your chosen address.
Returned
- In this section you will see any items that you have either returned or cancelled.
