Once you have placed an order, you will receive an automated ‘order confirmation’ email. This will include all the items that you have ordered and the expected delivery dates for those items. You will only receive this email if you have a valid email address. If you have not received an ‘order confirmation’ email within 45 minutes, please check your junk folder.
If you placed the order whilst logged into your account, and your order is not available to view in the ‘Order Tracking’ section, then it is likely that the order has been unsuccessful.
Please also check that the correct email address is registered to your account. This can be done using the following steps:
Log into ‘My Account’ using your email address and password. Select the ‘sign in details’ option from the menu on the left-hand side.
Once signed in to ‘My Account’ you are also able to see if your order has been placed by selecting ‘Order Tracking’ which can be found on the left-hand side of the menu.
However, please note that you may need to allow 24 hours for the website to be updated with your order details.
