Do you offer a welcome code?
That's a great question—and yes, we do! To receive your welcome code, just make sure you've done the following:
- Created a full FatFace account (Guest checkouts won't count, sorry!)
- This is your first time creating an account with us.
- Signed up to receive our marketing emails.
- Ensure that the contents of your basket amounts to a minimum of £70
How will I receive my welcome code?
You will receive your code via email. We'll process your code once you sign up, but this can take up to 48 hours to receive. Just make sure you have us marked as a safe sender, check your junk and spam, just in case!
Heads up: Our system can take up to 48 hours to process your request and send the email. If you sign up over the weekend, you'll receive the email on Monday.
Why have I not received my welcome code email?
